Accepted answers: Solitary Fibrous Tumor
Explanation
On the Axial non-contrast we can see this mass that is appearant in the frontal cortex. It is well defined and hyper-attenuated and crosses the midline. In presentation we can see mass effect and almost a representation of Foster-Kennedy syndrome. The dural base can make you think of meningioma however based on histology it is a fibrous tumor. Always make sure to get an eye exam for patients to rule in/out etioligies that lead to increased intercranial pressure.
